Notice the bullet holes, one that has entered the left side of the body, just above the left side of the heart, which probably ruptured one of the hearts valves, and the second shot was precisely in the same location on the right side, which indicates that most likely this man was shot by the police or special trained law enforcement officers because of the targeting precision used to take this man down, or it's possible that a Hitman (Sniper) had gunned him down for a substantial fee.

These wounds were definitely inflicted by a professional, whether they were a police officer or a hitman, they were right on target, two gun shot wounds parallel to each other in the upper torso region, and the fatal one being on the left side of the body in the area located close to the upper left side of the heart.
