It's real. Think about it 3rd world values your dead you're not going to fel it. There is a need to get the job done and get home. In Europe and in fact the states we use the Y insision outside of these areas there is brutality. The end shot though was most telling, 20 odd years on the planet and all that is left of him is a pair of trainers a tshirt and pants. That's the saddest part of this video.

The body is not real because thier is no sign of livor mortis meaning settling of the blood. When the heart stops, the blood stops circulating and gravity makes it settle. This makes the areas where the blood has settled turn dark blue or purple. This starts happening immediately and is visible with a couple of hours
