I believe Amazon pools products that are the same make model but from different vendors into one bin at the warehouse for efficiency. Unfortunately it means scammers with counterfeit items also contribute to this pool and even ordering from items sold by Amazon run a risk of getting a dud. Personally it's why I don't order things such as SD cards, SSDs, hard drives from Amazon and instead prefer getting them locally.
