Peeing after holding it in work for over 11 hours

Held it all day in work for 11+ hours! The last couple of hours were the worst because my bladder was pressing against my rectum so I didn't know whether I was going to wet myself, poo myself or both! Somehow I made it to the toilet at the end of the day! BTW I'd had 1L liquids throughout the day (plus the 500ml I had for breakfast)
