@RydenCox hmm thats technically possible, i guess. so like if someone assigned female were to take testosterone their clit will be enlarged and sorta resemble a micropenis. sensation is actually increased, and no sensation is lost when they do a full on surgery to turn it into a dick. so i assume it'd work a similar way, and no sensitivity will be lost.
