I Love it! In Germany, Girls going topless in public is legal, correct? I'm sorry to say, in the USA those two girls would have been arrested for indecent exposure, even if they had their tops on. Indecent exposure would be for pissing in public even if they were hiding behind something and could not be seen. Then, when convicted they most likely would be placed on the sex offender registry. Now dosen't that suck! I believe the sex offender registry is a wonderful tool...but NOT for girls or guys caught pissing in public.

@MD well, sure.. i actually agree and im all for this type of depravity. But to be fair... (to be fair!) The act of pissing in public is exposing yourself to people. People that might not want to see it. Especially little kids. And thats what also gets you on the sex offender registry list is the act of exposing yourself potentially to children. So it makes sense. What needs to happen is there should be exposure safe zones in cities where parents and others not with this sort of fun, know its their own risk to go to those areas, like a downtown shopping area. Might be exposure safe, meaning adults can do whatever they want sexually between the hrs of 8pm-8am.. that sounds reasonable no? Other problem is, it would take a majority voting body to even approve such thing which unfortunately i never can see happening.
