Indeed, shes basically the stereotype fat person, who eats a fuck ton of food and gains it that way, but people don't realize that you can get fat from not exercising, having a bad metabolism, me myself i was born with an already bad one, making me gain more weight and absorb more than the average person, but at the age of 9 i had to get my gallbladder removed and that only made my metabolism worse, i gain more than i can physically shed and i'm not exactly a lazy person either. But as-long as the fat isn't life threatening its okay, but over 300 is usually when things get bad, shes around 400 id say. Though at the rate shes going, id say she would sooner die of high cholesterol or a heart attack with her body pumping blood around such a huge body, the body doesn't make more blood than its limit so only so much can circulate... poor girl doesn't realize shes only killing herself faster... that or she doesnt care and wants to die sooner.

Finally a person here who has a brain.
I would say she has also the problem about breathing at night. All the fat on top of the lungs can have fatal causes which already cost some people their lives....
