3 in needle in cock head and shaft

Finally of the 3 needles is driven home, 16 gauge 3 inch needle. After successfully putting the needle thru the head and down the shaft (it was awesome, the left hand holding the cock down felt the needle go all the way into the shaft) I attempted to put another thru the side of the shaft, regretfully it could not get by the needle already embedded in the shaft
