I find needles go in whit out a problem ( green 21 g i think ) my only prob is a sharp pain like ive hit a nerve roughly when half way through.. I have also his a blood vessel a few times so a fair amount of blood coming out the needle. Can also get yellowish fluid too.. I can drain like 50ml from my right nut in 2 months due to it swelling
