pretty sure they used a paper or another type of prop knife and then used a 3D effect software to make it look realistic af. I've been trying to do something like this for years, but alas, I think this one takes the first place for best acting performance and editing (also - note the breathing, she was stabbed in the lungs and right at the heart, or if the video was mirrored pretty close to it, meaning instant death, her belly wouldn't move after the last stab). I'm saying it's another act, because I was freaked out myself for a while, until I noticed some parts that expose the fact it was all edited, so no need to be alarmed (I'm sure people will find more mistakes they've made, but this is as far as I saw).
