Didn't look like the typical poor, rural and war ravished areas that are known as AIDS centers. And besides, as far as I could see, there were two couples having sex at two different moments - not the same man having sex with two women or vice versa. They knew each other and were together also before this event. The AIDS epidemic happens mainly in areas where many women have lost their men, and various "freedom fighter armies" over run villages and rape the women. Poverty follows with war and split up families in a culture where family and traditional living is everything that holds everything together. So now we have lots of teenagers and kids without adults to take care of them, they have to make a living somehow and often these youths take to the roads and then the streets once they reach the cities where they get taught the How of Some way to survive: Starting with petty theft and soon exchanged with prostitution which is easier because it is less harshly punished and can be used to get easy off when you're caught stealing a potato. And all this is often coupled with drug use which makes AIDS awareness and knowledge even more difficult to sustain and turn commonplace education and common practice among the people.

All that said, I could be wrong about the video. Maybe one of these guys or girls happen to have AIDS, but we could strictly speaking say the same about our own youthful habitual party goers. Especially the new generations appear to think AIDS no longer has anything to do with the Western, rich societies.
