Oh god. I can handle maggots used to clean massive wounds as they only eat dead tissue but there is just neglect or torture. Shes been sitting or laying in her own waste so long it ate at her skin and killed the nerves - ( severe bed sores they call it ) - so she doesnt even feel it most likely. I have seen this several times in abuse cases of elderly and disabled people who couldnt get around - one was an amputee another a 89 year old woman) llocked away in the back room on a filthy bed and forgotten while they collect their checks.
