He was not killed for urinating on a vehicle. He was shot for being threatening. The cop (if that's actually a cop) had his gun out and made it very clear he felt threatened. That idiot kept pushing forward - either because he had real intentions of harming the cop(?) OR because he thought he could do it without consequence. Him getting shot is entirely his fault. Whether or not he died, I don't know. If I had been the cop(?), I'd have kneecapped him. But that might have gotten me killed at a later date because he'd feel entitled to revenge. Anyways, yeah. He was planning to commit violence on the other person, therefore the other person took the initiative. That's all it boils down to.
So yeah. Death or not, he deserved getting shot.
