You don't give chest compressions when someone's having a seizure. Don't have to put something in their ouths so they don't swallow their tongues. Just make sure they can't hit their head and hurt themselves any more by flailing against the objects around them. Don't try to hold them just let the seizure wear itself out, and when they are done don't let themget up right away as they might still be having one.
