Head Cage And Jacket Confinement

A slave is made to suffer by herself in an empty room with a metal cage fastened to her head and wearing a straightjacket. She is barely able to get to water for herself and she has flashbacks of what her captors have been doing to her body while she's not being held, waiting for them to play with her some more.
