I have to agree that there is something weird in the video starting around the 16 second mark. Looks like an apparition beginning to form. At 19 seconds it looks like a standing figure facing the back of the truck, head slumped/left arm swinging/feet clearly planted on the ground. At 20 seconds the camera pans down taking this apparition out of frame. when the camera comes back up it's not quite in the same spot and the apparition seems to have disappeared. When I first noticed it I thought it may have been a loose strap or some other equipment. I viewed it a second time and thought "reflection?" but after viewing it a few more times it's unmistakeable. It wasn't until I came down to the comments section to mention it when I read that I'm not the only one to notice! Crazy!

Just downloaded and run this over and over at the point of the anomaly, Rises just as the rear wheels pass over him..... either a trick of the light or plain and simple after life caught on camera.... Weird indeed!

That is just plain weird, No camera doctoring associated in that anomaly.. You have to assume the posture at time of death... limp spirit ascending, afterlife caught on camera in passing, Well we've all see it....!

It's not an apparition. It's most certainly something hanging off the side of the truck, and can be seen the entire time. It only starts to swing when the truck comes to a complete halt. When the camera pans down it goes out of view, but it never gets the swinging thing back in the shot so it seems to have disappeared.

I saw that too it does look like something is standing at the Backside of the truck where looks at the poor kid was runover can anyone see it a black thing just looking at the kid while standing there and even the man didn't see it as well check on 16 or 20 second mark

You are right cholo. This is the same thing I noticed in one of the 911 falling people clips as well. One person falls on a shed beside the world towers and at impact a dark shadows continues thorough he ground. Upon closer inspection, it was not blood or body parts just a shadow.
