It was the pemex site in mexico, happened in September this year and there were definitely survivors including the man in the bottom right.

it was just a short burst of gas. it all ignited then was going away hence the more visibility towards the end. the people in the center for sure suffered burns or may of died. but the guy at the bottom right would never of died he went down on the ground because naturally, heat rises so it would seem silly to not drop

Just because the guy at the bottom right is crawling at the last second doesn't mean he survived. The heat from all that gas igniting at once surely caused massive burns. The heat was so great that the asphalt was spontaneously combusting. Im sure everyone that wasn't in a shelter at that facility is dead right now.
