Rebels shoot at a civilian

Insurgents from the Brigade Othman (Uthman Liwaa) in the Damascus region are seen to shoot an unarmed elderly man who appears to be a civilian. The man was taken by surprise and wasn't in the position to defend himself or escape his attackers.
