Had anyone known proper CPR, this man would have lived. The one guy that tried didn't know what he was doing. Instead of sending millions of dollars to countries that only use it for those that are in charge...maybe transfer some to educate those that have to deal with this type of thing every day.

I cant believe it, everyone all gathering around getting close to the bloody live cable, knowing full well there is a dead body next to it and if i was there the moment i know where its at, i avoid it like a plague and call the proper authorities and let the professionals handle it, dont move the body and i guess these people didn't follow the basic safety tips
