Most of u will think he will have internal damage etc etc. Well, that is NOT true. As u noticed, when he took it out, there was NO blood. I know that does sincerely not mean that he didnt damage anything, but he lined up so that it would go trough his body to the back without hitting. Thats why u have to do it slowly, to feel if anything is in the way. If so, like happened to him, you need to change direction.
